When Someone You Love Has ADD

Bring my soul out of prison, that I may give thanks to Your Name... (Psalms 142:8).

The Midrash says: This refers to Noah, who was imprisoned in the ark. Rabbi Levi said: For twelve months, Noah and his sons did not sleep, for they were compelled to feed the animals, beasts, and birds.

This is Parshas Noach. But if you have ADD/ADHD, or love someone who does, this might also sound like an accurate description of your life. You too, might feel like your soul is in prison.
